The state of being sober-ish implies one has the ability to move freely and with conviction beetween the states of sobriety and intoxication, being able to lose their pants but not their panties; and to be able to remember with accuracy why one got 86ed from a bar.

Inebriated party girls found everywhere in Mexico on vacation, but originally, and very abundant, in Cancun, on the city buses that traverse the hotel zone. Characterized by loud, laughing, sometimes lascivious behavior. Often dressed minimally and can be most attractive unless too drunk.

Also found in other alcohol-related venues, such as winery tours, live concerts, outdoor festivals of any type.
