Dude, I can't believe no one showed up at work today. There's only a few inches of snow on the ground. What a bunch of Snow Pansies.

Someone who has no idea how to drive in the snow, even if there is none on the road. A snow pansy turns at 1/4 the speed required for the turn and slows down at least half a mile prior to the turn. They feel comfort in randomly hitting their breaks and having their wipers on full blast if they can see snow.
