a play off of the phrase,"Snoop-a-Loop" which is from the movie Old School. It was said during a scene where Will farrell is inebriated and sees rapper,Snoop Dog.

Snope..snopealope! basically makes any phrase hilarious just by adding your own noun..

snipe, snipe alipe...snap..snap alap...so on an so forth
