1. A male who follows around a girl like a puppy for possibility however so slight that he'll get a sniff of her gift.

2. Male or female who blindly follows cult or politics so they are unable to discuss it without name calling and hysterics.

1. That little guy is her snootch pooch, dude.
2. Those protesters are a bunch of Snootch Pooches.
