A wack word my besties and I made up when we were stoned. It's a combo of snicker and n*gga. (Don't worry I'm black) It's an affectionate term to use on a friend or loved one. Just be sure you pronounce it clearly (if you're white)

Someone with a Spanish and African ethnic background. The Combination of the ethnic slur for Hispanics, "Spic" and the modified version of the ethnic slur for Africans, "Nigga.' Also used to describe the personality of a person. Someone being shady, ghetto, unrealistic, annoying, arrogant, poor, or untruthful about events that have occurred usually having a connection to breaking the law.
They're as sneaky as a spic and as shady as a nigga. What a Snigga.
Jessica: "That spic has a weave!"
Beckey: "what a Snigga!"
Rob: "Is your cat from Mexico?"
Tony: "Yeah but he's black."
