When you're tweeting about something without explicitly saying what it is you're talking about. Similar to a sneak diss in usage, but not normally used to talk shit.
Jeff: You see how Jamie was sneak tweetin about the party on Saturday?
John: Shit is wild, man thinks he's a secret agent but he can't keep it down to save his life.
