Smidgebit 

Adj. (Smidge-Bit)

The response for when you are high and someone asks "how high you are." You determine you aren't really high, but you're still feeling really good. Smidge meaning small tiny and Bit meaning also tiny bit.
Friend: "Hey man how high are you?"
You: "Just a smidgebit"
