When a person sustains a facial injury, making their appearance unattractive or grotesque. Reference: Tom Cruise had his face hideously reconstructed after a car accident in the movie Vanilla Sky.

Dude, did you see that chick? She took a major face plant last night after too much Jäger and totally got Vanilla Sky'd.
