Something that requires both a skill and the ability to do so.

A man with no cooking experience what so ever, as well as no spatula has no skibility to cook a delicious turkey and cheese omelette.

A talent one posesses that is greater than one alone ability or skill. A talent so great it is indeed a mix of skills and abilities.

The skibility of jumping from one building to another to save a baby, all while using your cell phone to keep the baby's mother calm on the other end of the line.
