Skanklebone

1)A tweaked persons whom after and or before hitting a glass pipe bends to grab their ankles and get a bone.
2)A dirty female dog who obeys commands for treats.

That skanklebone was so shattered,you would've thought they heated her up just to stick her in cold water and watch her break!
