Someone who is so skanky, the word 'skanky' isn't big enough to define how skanky they are.

Girl #1: "Ugh, that Britney girl, she's such a.. such a.."
Girl #2: "Such a skankaloid?"
Girl#1: "Ugh! Yes!"
