Someone who acts really weird, dumb or goofy. Usually refers to stupid people

Jared is a silly goose because he’s so weird

Can also be used as slang for calling someone a c#nt.

Boris Johnson was being his usual self , while everyone looked at him and thought 'Silly goose'.
