Sidecovers

The exceptionally dorky looking clear plastic side shields issued to a person who regularly wears glasses in a manufacturing setting where large amounts of debris are liberated into the air. Forgetting to remove these after leaving work and entering public, I.e. a bar or club, is totally sidecovers. Guaranteed D.O.A. if attempting to hit on a woman. Can be used to describe embarrassing actions by people, poor workmanship, or anything you wouldn't want to be seen in public with.

Why didn't you tell me I still had my sidecovers on? I looked like an IDIOT the whole time.
