When two people think alike on more than one occasion in one day. Able to read each others thoughts, super close, scary knowing of each other (or what the other will say). Can be seen in many friendships, relationships, or family.

Fred: "did u see that?"
George: "yeah, they are doin the same exact thing at the same time O.o"
