the formal and polite way to tell someone to shut up !

my sister is talking really really loud about stupid stuff..
so " hey you, SHUTTIQUETTE!!

Person: *blah blah blah blah.. boring story.. blah blah bla*
You: SHUTTIQUETTE!!!!

your boss is yammering on for ever.. oh excuse me , can you shuttiquette?
