A short dress often confused for a shirt and interchangeable as a shirt or a dress. However, not all girls can pull off this itinterchangeable piece . shmess originated the summer of 2007 somewhere between atlantic city and the delaware river.

A smelly cheese like substance that is found under the foreskin.

You have to pull the foreskin back to clean the shmesse.
