Can be achieved in two manners:

1. Having sexual intercourse with a woman on her period, removing your penis and placing it in her anus, then ejaculating. Blood=Strawberry, Fecal Matter=Chocolate, Semen=Vanilla

2. Do the same except forgoe the vaginal sex and use no lube for the anal causing chafing which can eventually cause bleeding.
