Server Valley is a generalized nickname for an area comprised of a large makeup of nearly continuous data centers in the midst of Northern Virginia. The coverage map of these close proximity data centers flows from Ashburn Virginia into Dulles/Sterling, Virginia. It’s most noticeable stretch, and what would be by most considered the “Valley”, is along the Ashburn Farm Parkway. Along this route, numerous data centers take on over 70 percent of all the worlds internet and have become the known central hub of nearly all the worlds internet and secured data storage.
The rapid expanse of Server Valley has become the 21st century's east coast counterpart to the 20th century's west coast Silicon Valley.
