Semedar is a pseudonym. It's main user (and perhaps it's only user) is a person named Victor Villa. He came upon this name back when EQ was big. Ever since he used this pseudonym everywhere he went. You can just Google "Semedar" and 99% of the matches are from him. Often abbreviated "Seme" (Sem-e)
