Being majorly pompous and unusually full of yourself, this word is common around the Jersey Shore. No one is sure of the origins.

The drum major at school was acting pretty seifert on Friday night. He thought he was something special.

Sneaky Seyfert 

When one is in an automobile, and takes a 4 week old delopadated chowder bag full of warm chowder and slaps their passenger in their face causing chowder to explode on their face and mouth and causing them to vomit perfusly.

Paul gave Zach a Sneaky Seyfert after Paul banged his girlfriend.

Seifer 

Seifer Almasy, the rival of Squall in Final Fantasy VIII. Obviously, he is way cooler and better than Squall, and should therefore instead have been the main character, or gotten his own game. Has his own Disciplinary Committe with which he exercises his great sense of righteousness.
