As of 2019, they have won two MLS Cups (2016 & 2019), four Lamar Hunts US Open Cups, one Supporter's Shield, and three Western Conference Championships. They are also currently tied for the most Cascadia Cups with the Vancouver Whitecaps. Their two biggest rivals are Vancouver and the Portland Timbers who are far less accomplished than the Sounders.

An Major League Soccer club from Seattle that has a incredibly ridiculous amount of fans (for an American soccer club), upwards of 35,000 a match. The original club formed in 1974 and they have been playing in MLS since 2009.
