Directly translated to multiple scrotums, Scrotii was mainly used to describe the neck scarves that the soldiers used to wear made of their dead foes scrotums. The soldiers used to wear these to keep their necks protected by the thick layer of skin and to help keep them warm through their mountainous treks.
