Schizont

1. A medical term referring to a red blood cell infected with so many malaria parasites that it is about to burst.

2. A ghetto way of saying "shit".

"The initial blood smear of Miss M shows a malaria parasitemia of more than 5%. I was also able to see plenty of schizonts."

"Are you kidding me dog? That track is the SCHIZONT!"
