Verb. To schilpp is to nab sloppy seconds with a girl you weren't man enough to bring home yourself while claiming your superior sexual knowledge.

Doubledown: Oh man, I could really go for a schilpp tonight, can you bring a girl home with you?
George: Why?
Doubledown: So that I get sloppy seconds.
George: .....
Doubledown: I know how to make her squirt.
