Mrs.Yeat wrote on the chalkboard a math problem. She heard some noise in the background of her. "Please be quiet class" she said. The talking went on. "I said could you please be quiet." The talking stopped and Mrs. Yeat went on with writing the math problem on the board. Then she heard laughing. By this point Mrs.Yeat was pissed off. SB = any sort of boner. Specifically a Spontaneous boner. This slang is created, to be able to talk about any sort of boners in front of a girl, without them knowing the definition.

Very common condition. It is believed that 2 in 3 women suffer from this condition.
Common symptoms include:
- Women working above their pay grade
- Women that always think they're right. Even though it is blatant that they're wrong
- Women that argue black is white (vice versa)
Women that are named Claire are known to be the worse sufferers of this condition.
No known cure for this awful disease. If you come across a woman with SBS the best thing to alleviate their symptoms is to say "shut up you stupid bitch and wind your neck in"
