To dress in a satiric way, using humorous or absurd accessories to lighten a grave situation. It is a portmanteau of the words 'sartorial' and 'satirical.'

Bill lightened the mood in the emergency department by wearing pink polkadot socks with his blood-stained scrubs. He called it being sartirical.

Sartorial dyslexia 

A condition in which the sufferer is utterly fashion-backward.
In fact, they aren't just missing the fashions.
They just aren't down with the whole 'clothing' thing whatsoever.
They struggle to find clothing that fits properly, they cannot sress themselves - they simply have no idea.
It's also incredibly amusing for onlookers.
And great to bitch about.

"OMG, did you check what Olivia was wearing today? Yeah, like actual pink, wooly, tights. You know, like we wore back in like, Year 3?"
"OMG Karen, you can't just say that. Olivia has like, sartorial dyslexia."
"Oh."
