"People" from Salthill are know as SaltHill-billys
They are some of the most insufferable people in all of Galway city and very comparable to South-Dubliners, almost all of them are massive innocent boys who think they're better than everyone else because of the area they where born in some shitty tourist trap of a townland. There are a few exceptions of genuine people there however, such as Knocknacarra natives who have worked their way out of their Ghetto to stand with the Salthill elites
