Negative connotation typically used to describe a male who has a tendency to talk or flirt with more than one female at any given time in an over-friendly manner. Also can be regarded as a 'sweetman'.

Cindy: "uh, Josh has been flirting with you too?!"
Melissa: "yeah! Me and every other girl in this school, he's such a saav!"
