Acronym for Sports Illustrated On Campus edition, a thin little college version of Sports Illustrated that mailed with student newspapers at colleges across the country. Now defunct. Discontinued several years ago.
What!? That douchebag at the SERF told me SIOCs were on the rack a month ago--they haven't come out with new issues since a year in a half before... what a lying dumbass douchebag!
