Rooching
Someone who dates, or is with a girl because he knows he can't do any better than her or won't try. Someone who is rooching is considered a Rooch.

A combination of a person who is rotten and ratchet. Ultimately, someone that does something that is worse than the thing before and is ghetto. It can also be a girl who does things over and over which only benefit themselves and they don't even realize it. The rotten usually refers to the ratchet doing something over and over.
A girl who says something stupider than the time before and doesn't even realize its stupid. Thats such a rotchet.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
