The action of deferring to upper Management even when their suggestions, or approach are totally wrong, or misguided.

Knowing Management are asses, but still doing what they say regardless.

Salesperson 1: "The client wasn't really interested in our services or talking to us more, but I pushed for another meeting anyway, that's what my boss asked me to do"

Salesperson 2: "God, that's so Ronakential of you"

When a person believes in COVID conspiracy theories and argues against science to discourage against the vaccine and treatment of the Corona Virus.

I realized grandpa was suffering from Ronamentia when he explained to me that the government is chipping people with the vaccine.
