You would find rock baby in an urban thesarus under crack baby. Rock baby is a more street version of saying crack baby, since the original term has become mainstream.

Originated in Chicago to describe somebody who isn’t use to the effects they have on marijuana when they reach their high around people they baby rock can come about when trying to control your high and trying to make it seem as if you aren’t in fact high this affect wears off after u get something to eat
