When someone who does not have enough knowledge of robotics believes they have discovered an amazing idea in robotics automation.

People often think they have great feasible ideas for automation while not knowing the challenges entailed in creating those automation solutions. These people are said to have Robohype. What is interesting is the fact that most of these people are very protective of their ideas. They are usually deeply disappointed to find out that their trivial unfeasible idea is not executable when they share it with an expert. There are many people amongst us who have Robohype. Fortunately there is a cure for this syndrome. It is called Education.
Chris: Hey James, did Randy tell you about his great idea for automating laptop screen cleaning using autonomous robots?

James: Yes he did. He has Robohype. The idea was not feasible at all.
