The word used to describe somebody or something that has unerring rizz. People who are described as the rizzler, the rizzard of oz, a rizzly bear, etc. can be described as rizztastic.

anything relating to a weird-ass girl that is very ugly and resembles a rat. Usually has nasty frizzy hair, and a ginormous nose that could fit an igloo inside.
