An internet hacker wanted by the FBI for allegedly hacking into the governments database and downloading hundreds of confidential files. He is to be considered "Electronically Armed and Extremely Dangerous Regarding any Contact Over The Internet. The FBI is currently offering a $75,000 prize for information leading to his direct capture. As for now, he was removed from the FBI's wanted list as he was determined dead or untraceable.
