A person who is so dumb, they almost restarted their computer because a web page wouldn't load

A: "The website was down for a bit."
B: "Really? I thought it was my internet, I almost restartded my computer!"
A: "What's that? "Restartded"? Is that because you're so dumb that you almost restarted your whole computer?"
