Recreational Non-Committal Lip

This term was common in Auburn, Alabama and probably some other college towns in the mid-late 90's and later. It referred to kissing / making out with no strings attached. It was kind of like the later version, friends with benefits, maybe a PG, or PG-13 rated hookup. It was not used to describe a relationship that went as far as sexual intercourse, as far as I understand the term.
As in, "Hey, Adam, what did you and Eve do last night?"

Ah, you know, just a little RNCL".
