To drive a car for example a pearl colored Audi and shout obscenities at random pedestrians. Most effectively used against thugs.

I shouted "QUEER" at some old guy riding his bike down the street.

To randomly pass an individual or group of one or more persons and exclaim the adj. ( QUEER! ) in an obnoxious manner. A queer out is only necissary to those whom you feel deserve it.

Example: group of thugs having a BBQ in thare front lawn in southington, CT.

An act like this is worthy of a ( QUEER! )

Me: Look at those thugs walkin down the street...

Gerace: QUEER!
Me: QUEER!
Joe: QUEER!

Queen Out 

(verb) a phrase used mostly in online queer communities, specifically Twitter, to refer to hanging out with someone that one deems iconic, fashionable, or otherwise interesting. It is usually employed in response to an image posted of a celebrity or cultural icon. One would normally use this phrase in the future tense - to express their desire to hang out with that celebrity in the future, rather than expressing it in the present tense.

Inside Out Queef

When air is absorbed into a woman's lower area. Usually caused by burps. As the name suggests, an inside out queef is literally an inside out queef.

John:Man, last night was rough, Mary's queef took my breath away.
Adam:It must have been an inside out queef.
