When you are so down bad that you develop a form of pyschosis.

Person 1: God it's so annoying how Alexander won't stop hitting on Greg's girlfriend despite the fact that she hates Alexander's guts.

Person 2: Yeah I know what you mean. I think he should be diagnosed with "Pyschoeless".
