A very rare material with unique properties. Pungfett originated from the endangered breed Shamal. Last living individual was observed in Oslo in spring 2017. The total number of individuals who are left of this breed is unknown but it is believed that a maximum of ten individuals are still alive. Pungfett can be used for medicine, chewing gum or Saturday snacks. The tenderness of the pungfett is very similar to a good steak (medium / rare)
