Term used for the naming off the "pony tail" created near the taint region of a man, generally 40 yrs old and above.

The a fore mentioned "pony-tail" is created when the gentlemen who is trying to look 20 yrs younger in the groin region , tucks the 10 sq inches of excess ball skin back with the use of a scrunchie thereby creating said ""PONY-TAINT""
