Pontarsonist

A person who repeatedly burns bridges. From the French 'pont', meaning bridge, and the English 'arsonist', meaning one who maliciously sets fire to property.

Jen used to have a lot of friends but she's such a pontarsonist that nobody talks to her anymore.
