Pneumosparkliosis 

a condition of the lungs which occurs from over-exposure to mass amounts of glitter resulting in difficulty breathing, shortness of breath and coughing. more commonly known as "glitter lung".

I can't be at work today because I helped my daughter with her art project last night and I've contracted pneumosparkliosis.
