An experience consisting of two shots:
A "piskey whickle" is a shot of your favorite whiskey (Jameson is recommended) with a pickle-brine chaser. The pickle brine completely negates the whiskey's burn, and you're left with a clean palette that's ready for another shot! It may sound strange, but I swear, it's surprisingly good! Also known as a Pickleback or a Shecky Carmichael 1) Dude! Don't throw out that pickle juice! Tonight we're doin' Piskey Whickles!
