A Special breed of person who lives near a NJ Pike.

These people are usually found at bus stops, and bars with pool tables in the location.They are sometimes missing a front tooth, and often wear a traditional motorcycle jacket, and big or long hair. Some of these people are smokers, others are jokers. They are often in bands or travel in packs, posing as a bands.They are also usual caught in some kind of an 80's time warp.
