The Phyllis Diller is administered when a woman who hasn't bathed in over three days sticks a hand down her pants, rubs her hand around her vagina and taint, then takes her hand and places it over the mouth and nose of an unsuspecting person.

I had to wash my face for hours to get the smell off it after she gave me the Phyllis Diller.
