A philmont employee whom's life revolves around there summer job. Typically you can find their facebook pages full of philmont pictures and about how badly they "want to go back to phimont."

A derogatory word used to describe Filipinos. Mainly used to describe Filipinos who have too much "Filipino Pride." It can also be spelled as Filashit.

I hear in Deutschland they call Philashits "Filaschnizels."
