Sound it out...and then make a gesture with your right arm moving up really fast, while saying Pffffffsh. It means a bunch of negative feelings you say to someone you dislike, in one simple saying. Pffffffsh!

Laura asks Ben is he wants to go shoe shopping...Ben simply responds PFFFFFFSH! and walks away.
