The inability to interact with one/a group of females due to a fellow pest blocking you out. Similar to the frequently used term 'cock-blocking', but with the 'cock' i.e. an unidentified male, being replaced with a fellow pest. Dude, I'm trying to hit on this fitty in the dress but Dave is pest-blocking me!
