Perpelous as prular form and Perpelou as singular form both used to describe the boys and girls who tend to hangout in the streets wearing Nike tech, Gucci cap, Nike TN shoes, Lacoste accessories (mostly fake)
Like roadmen and road gals their « style » is usually called dril

Perpelou (singular) / Perpelous (plural) (noun, slang):
A person (or group) who hangs out in the streets wearing Nike Tech, Gucci caps, Nike TN shoes, Lacoste accessories, and Gucci sandals. They carry a street-smart, “don’t mess with me” attitude and act like they run things—but they’re usually fake, often flexing fake designer items and trying too hard to seem cool.

“That Perpelou really thinks he’s dripping in Gucci, but that cap is so fake.”
